The Atalanta Training Program officially kicked off in Week 3 of Term 1 2024.
Students were graded, then placed into either the Tuesday or Wednesday morning training groups.
Registrations are now open for students who didn’t participate in Term 1 to join for Term 2. Training will start in Week 2 of term.

Thank you and congratulations to Servite College on this exciting milestone! It’s a great honour to be a part of the first high school affiliated with Atalanta BC in Oceania.
This is a significant step forward in the club’s history and shows a commitment to the development of young talent, both on and off the field, outside Italy.
This affiliation is a unique opportunity for aspiring soccer players to combine their passion for the sport with their education.
Students who register for the Atalanta Training Program will have access to top-notch training facilities, coaching expertise, and a strong support system to help them excel in their soccer pursuit.
This affiliation will foster a sense of community and camaraderie among students who share a common love for soccer. They will have opportunities to engage in friendly competitions, represent the college in various tournaments, build lifelong friendships with fellow players and even travel overseas!
Beyond the athletic aspect, the affiliation will also prioritise academic excellence.

Term 2 training starts in Week 2
Tuesdays 7.15 – 8.15am |
Junior boys (Year 7 to 9) and all girls |

Students will be loaned an Atalanta+Servite shirt to train in. For their first session, students can wear their school sports uniform, or a playing kit from the club they belong to. Please wear soccer/football boots if you have them, otherwise sport shoes will be fine.
Please bring a water bottle and hat.
Students who have asthma, diabetes or any serious allergies should also bring their asthma treatments, epipens or any other medications or treatments they may require.

The Servite Cafe will provide breakfast after training, however all students are encouraged to have a nutritious small meal or snack before arriving at training.
Atalanta Bergamasca Calcio is a professional football club based in Bergamo, Italy. Atalanta plays in the highest tier of the Italian football league and has participated in six seasons of the UEFA Europa League, reaching the quarter-finals in 2022. Famed for running Italy’s best youth academy, the club has produced several notable talents who have played in the top leagues of Europe.
This affiliation establishes Servite College as the sole secondary school affiliate of Atalanta BC in Western Australia. The affiliation will provide our students with unique development opportunities.

All groups will aim to develop players’ speed, agility and strength using the some of the best technology on the market.
Clinics will be a 60-minute before-school session one day per week, to avoid clashes with existing after-school commitments.
Participation will not interfere with, or compete against local club affiliations, but enhance the skills and knowledge players bring to their clubs.
Players will receive an individual performance report at the end of each term, which can be shared with clubs and coaches.
