Servite Italian Language Tour students and staff arrived safely in Italy on Sunday 2 December. The group were a little tired from their travels but started their tour in the beautiful city of Venice. The bright sunshine and sparkling waters of the canals made for a great start to the trip. We took a water taxi which offered a breathtaking entry into this unique city.
On Monday we took a walk to see the Paolo Sarpi statue. The students were well behaved and took extra time to fully appreciate this amazing city. During the afternoon, we took a trip to Burano and Murano Islands for some glass blowing classes. Next up we are headed to Misano for an intensive language class which will help improve the students’ Italian speech.
