Servite College is an independent Catholic school proudly governed by the Order of the Servants of Mary (Servite Friars), a religious community deeply rooted in the values of Mary, service, and community. To assist in governing the school, the Friars have established the Servite College Council, which serves as the College’s Board. This Council, composed of dedicated individuals from various backgrounds, works closely with the Friars to ensure the strategic direction and governance of the school. Together, they provide a strong foundation for leadership and decision-making, fostering a vibrant and supportive environment for all students.
The Servite Friars appoint a Principal, who in turn forms the leadership team. The Executive Leadership Team is led by Mrs. Silvana Vicoli, the Principal, who, along with her committed team, is responsible for guiding the school in its mission to help each student “become all they are created to be.”

Together, this team works collaboratively to ensure that the students at Servite College are provided with every opportunity to grow academically, spiritually, and personally. Their goal is to cultivate a supportive and challenging environment where students can fully realise their potential, developing the skills and values they need to thrive in today’s world.
