Run Run Run
– Jesse Lazaroo
Wind is flowing
Through the wild fire
Heat is growing
By the live wire
Run run run
Don’t look behind
Only ashes you will find
I love a sunburnt country a land of sweeping plains but I’ve gotta tell ya
It’s better when it rains
The countryside is dying
And there’s no end in sight
And just to rub salt in the wound, Australia’s caught alight
The landscape is on fire
From down cost and beyond
And everybody’s awaking
Where the hell did we go wrong
But we can get through this if we all help out help one another
Cause that’s what Aussies are about
Cause that’s what Aussies are about
So I say wind is flowing through the wild fire
Heat is growing
By the love wire
Run run run
Don’t look behind
Only, ashes, you will find
Run run run
Run run run
