Last Friday, our Curtin UniReady students visited the Bentley campus. They received an information session on the courses offered, heard about experiences from a number of first-year students and discovered the campus facilities through a ‘scavenger hunt’. Students are eager to finish the course and to start their transition to university. It is pleasing to hear a number of our students have already received early offers from Curtin University in their preferred courses. We are very proud of this year’s Curtin UniReady cohort and wish them all the best for their upcoming final exams and future endeavours at Curtin University.
Mr Scott Clayton and Ms Vanessa Hollis
Teachers
Our Curtin University campus visit comprised of information seminars and an interactive tour around the entire campus, showcasing the different faculties and facilities. We were able to gain a helpful insight into what life at university will look like and were given guidance from Curtin staff and Student Ambassadors on how to decide what courses would be best suited to our interests. On behalf of all students, we would like to thank Ms Hollis and Mr Clayton for their efforts this year, they have both helped us so much in preparing us for our next chapter of our lives.
