In this year of Hospitality the Semester 2 Year 10 Food Science and Technology students took their Pop Up Restaurant task to the next level. Students hosted 11 staff to a two-course meal that they had planned, prepared and presented with special attention to detail. Here are some comments that the students made about the experience:
I absolutely loved serving the guests and seeing their smiles as we worked so hard to get everything perfect
