Alumni Spotlight: Terry Vo

Honestly, one of my greatest memories from Servite would have to be the St Philips days we had each year — they were always such a great time and something I genuinely looked forward to. Also, I really enjoyed performing in the Concert that would round off each St Philip’s Day. Some of my most influential teachers during high school would include Mr Allen, Mr Hopkins, Mr Chamberlain and Mr Simmons. Each of them made learning a bit more fun.

I’m a proud father of two amazing boys, and I currently run four companies across Real Estate, Property Development, AI Technology and Marketing. This brings with it the added bonus of involving lots of travel to multiple places selling beautiful mansions and overseeing projects. We have three offices in Australia, one in Switzerland, one in Dubai and one in Bali. As I travel to these places regularly, I also try to include a holiday detour each time.

I play a lot of golf (usually 3–4 days a week) and I also go to the gym regularly.

Life has definitely been a rollercoaster. I initially studied Biomedical Science and then transferred to study Medicine at UWA, not really knowing what direction I wanted to take. I then began trying different things until I found something I truly enjoy. I gained a Cert IV in Property and Agency Management, and I am currently studying for a Broker’s License.

Becoming a father has been one of the biggest learning curves of my life, and balancing work with family is something I’m still figuring out — but overall, I’d like to think I’m doing well and heading in the right direction.
