Students Shine at State da Vinci Decathlon

Earlier this month we had 16 students from the Year 9 and Year 10 Gifted Education programs represent Servite College at the State da Vinci Decathlon competition.

This is an extremely challenging academic event where teams compete against their fellow bright minds in Western Australia across 10 different disciplines in one day. As first-time competitors, many of the students were nervous but eager to give it their best shot and we are so proud of their efforts.

Our Year 9 team managed to win the state title for the Cartography division, with 1st place for this category! Our Year 10 team also had their moment on the podium, placing 3rd in the Engineering division!
