Junior LDC Religion explores Lent

The Junior LDC Religion class has been exploring Lent throughout this term.

This week, students focused on understanding the significance of Passover and Palm Sunday. As part of their learning, students had the opportunity to taste matzah, a traditional Jewish flatbread eaten during Passover, deepening their connection to the historical and cultural context.

They also created palm crosses to recognise Palm Sunday and reflect on the sacrifice Jesus made for us.
