On the 19th of March, the Servite Mock Trials team had their first round for the year. We went against Aveley Secondary College at the Supreme Court of Western Australia and came home with our first win!
Every Tuesday after school the team met up and worked on the argument, we worked together to build up our case, no one had to work alone.
Through this experience we were able to demonstrate our debate skills and earn the success of it. As more cases come our way, we learn to coordinate with teamwork and build strong cases.
Mock Trials will continue to run this term with our second trial coming up this week, followed by our third trial later in the term.
