Students Take the Stage at the Nannup Music Festival

Over the 2026 Labour Day long weekend, students from the Year 11 Certificate III Music and Year 12 Music General classes travelled down to Nannup to volunteer and perform at the annual Nannup Music Festival.

This was an amazing opportunity for the students to see the inner workings of the festival and volunteer in the set up of the festival. Students also had the opportunity to busk in the town on the Friday afternoon.

Students also performed at the festival on both the Saturday and Sunday and were able to view various performances over the weekend. This year also marked the first year that the Music students were joined by the Year 11/12 Food Science Technology class who ably catered for the camp at the Nannup campus and ensured no one went hungry.

Thank you to the students and staff who volunteered their time and a big thank you to Mr Burrows for all his hard work over the weekend!
