St Philip’s Feast Day Mass

This morning, our school community came together to celebrate the Feast Day of St Philip, one of our Patron Saints. St Philip lived in Florence (1244–1285)and was a devoted member of the Servants of Mary, becoming a much-loved leader within the Order.

During Mass, Fr Albert spoke about St Philip’s deep compassion and love for his fellow Friars, his intelligence, wisdom and deep humility. Fr Albert invited us to reflect on his life and the ways we can go into the community expressing this same dedication.

A special highlight of the celebration was the presentation of a relic of St Philip, gifted to our Servite Community by the Friars in Rome – an honour we deeply treasure.
