iServi News | 3 September 2021 | Term 3, Week 7
In Pastoral Care Period (PCP) this week, Year 9s got an early start for next week’s planned Wellness Week program.
Wednesday morning during PCP, all the Year 9 students participated in a morning tea. It was organised by the Saint Anthony staff and was greatly appreciated by the students.
Everyone enjoyed the lovely surprise, including being fed and being with our friends. We were thrilled to be rewarded for our positive approach to our schooling.
We used this as an opportunity to spend face-to-face time with our peers and take a break from screens in a non-traditional classroom setting. Two focus areas in PCP this year have been ‘building relationships’ and ‘mindfulness’ and today was fun and enjoyable.
Thank you to all the Saint Anthony Priory staff for organising this for us.
