Absentees

If your child will be arriving late to school for any reason, please notify the College before 8.45am.

When your child arrives at school, they must sign in at Student Services before going to class. If you are dropping your child off late but have not already notified the College of the late arrival, please accompany the student to sign them in.

If your child needs to be collected prior to 3.15pm, there are two options for notification:

Option 1: Notify the College prior to collection.
SMS or email before 8.45am to advise of the time and reason for early departure and if the student will be picked up by anyone other than a parent/guardian. Once we have received this notice, the student can attend Student Services at the departure time to sign out and leave.

Option 2: Sign the student out without notification
A parent or guardian attends Student Services to meet the student and sign them out.
Students will not be permitted to sign-out without a parent/guardian being present unless prior notification has been received.

If a student is feeling unwell, they should proceed to Student Services to see the College Nurse. Students are not to contact their parents directly.
