Updates to Family Details
Please login to review or update the details we have recorded for you and your family.
Parents or caregivers with students currently attending Servite College can log into the portal at any time to review the details we have recorded for themselves or their children, and make changes as required.
The button below will take you to a login screen
Once at the login screen please follow these steps:
- Click “Login as Parent”
- Input your email address
- Click “Send Verification code”
- Access your emails to retrieve the code.
- Input verification code
- Click “Sign in”
If your current email address is different to the address we have recorded, you will need to email familyinfo@servite.wa.edu.au with proof of identity (driver license/passport) to update it prior to being able to review/update your details.
Once you are successfully logged in you can review your details and update as required:
- Click on an individual listed on the left-hand side.
- Click the “edit” button in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
- All fields that can be updated become editable.
- Change all fields that require updating.
- Click the “Submit your Update Request”
A message will appear at the top of the screen stating: “Thank you, your changes have been submitted successfully and are pending approval.”
Changes will be reviewed and approved in 2-3 days. We may be in contact if there are questions about your changes, or supporting documents required.
