Assembly Rehearsal
Time: 9.15am – 11.15am
Where: College Gymnasium

Mass Rehearsal
Time: 11.30am – 12.30pm
Where: St Kieran Parish Church
For select students only. Mrs Maxwell will contact those required to attend.

Farewell Assembly
Time: Students must arrive by 8.30am in the Auditorium for a 9.00am start
Where: Gymnasium
Dress: Please refer to the Servite General Wardrobe

Students must adhere to the College’s Standards as outlined in the Uniform Policy and be presented in a suitable manner (no makeup, no nail polish, boys to be clean shaven, black leather dress shoes etc).

Farewell Mass
Time: 10.15am – 11.15am
Where: St Kieran Parish Church
Dress: Servite General Wardrobe
Parents welcome to attend.

Graduation Ceremony Rehearsal
Time: 11.20am – 1.30pm
Where: Auditorium
Light morning tea to be provided.

Graduation Ceremony
Time: Students to arrive by 5.40pm at the latest. Upon arrival students are to head to the Auditorium to collect their gown.
Doors open at 6.00pm for a 6.30pm start.
Where: College Gymnasium
Dress: Servite General Wardrobe with pants or a skirt and stockings, including tie, to be worn on the night.
Registration: Tickets are free however registration is essential. Please note there is a strict maximum of four tickets per graduating student. Students are not required to book a ticket.

Light refreshments will be served in the Piazza after the event.

Book Graduation Tickets

Student Photos
A photographer will be available from 5.00pm and after the Ceremony outside of AL00 and AL01. Students who arrive early for photos will be able to sign out their gowns from the Auditorium should they want.

Please note: Students must adhere to the College Standards as outlined in the Uniform Policy and be presented in a suitable manner (no makeup, no nail polish, boys to be clean shaven, black leather dress shoes etc).

Gowns must be returned prior to leaving.
