Nannup Music Festival 🎶🎸🥁

Over the 2025 Labour Day long weekend, our Year 11/12 General Music students embarked on a three-hour journey to WA’s South West to take part in the iconic Nannup Music Festival!
Before hitting the stage, students got hands-on experience behind the scenes, assisting with festival setup and gaining valuable insight into the workings of a professional music event. Students were also lucky enough to have the sound engineers at the festival speak with them about their role, the equipment, and how the sound and lighting is run at a professional festival.

Across the Saturday and Sunday, students delivered an fantastic set to an enthusiastic crowd, showcasing a mix of covers and original songs in solo, duo, and full-band performances. Their energy and dedication truly shone through!

We are so proud of our students, well done to all involved! A huge thank you to Mr Burrows and the staff who helped make this experience possible. What an unforgettable weekend!
