Junior LDC HASS

The Junior LDC HASS class have been studying Economics this term. They have been looking at why people work and the skill set of a successful business owner / entrepreneur. It was refreshing to learn that all entrepreneurs have faced challenges at times, and many are neurodivergent or have experienced learning difficulties.

The class have been lucky enough to interview two business owners! They did a FaceTime interview with Neil Hookway who showed the class around The Football Centre in Osborne Park and answered our questions.

They also had Hugo Menendez, a member of Servite alumni, visit the classroom and presented a talk on Hugo’s Mobile Car Detailing. The students were left feeling inspired and with an understanding that hard work and commitment goes a long way!
