Topic Stewardship
Date June 30, 2023

We have come to the end of another outstanding term here at Servite College. Well done to all our students who have worked hard and achieved their best this term. As always, it has been a busy term with our students engaging in a diverse range of learning opportunities which we endeavour to update on our News page and social media.

Student Reports

Student Reports for Semester One are available via Seqta. The Reports are an important record of the student’s achievement and progress throughout the Semester. I trust that the levels of achievement are a true reflection of each student’s efforts and application to their studies.

I encourage all parents to sit down with their child to discuss all aspects of their Semester One Report. Such a discussion can be used to celebrate those areas in which effort and achievement are positive. Likewise, such a discussion can highlight areas in which improvements need to be made.

Grandparent’s Day

Once again this year the college will be celebrating our grandparents as part of the World Day for Grandparents and the Elderly. This will be a wonderful opportunity for us to recognise and thank our grandparents and grandparent figures for the extraordinary role they play in shaping our community and future.

Languages Week – Volunteers Needed

In preparation for Languages Week in Week 3 next Term, we are calling for volunteers to assist with making costume items for our Italian Tarantella Troupe. We require green sashes and red skirts to be made, the designs are simple and easy to make. All material will be purchased and provided. It would be wonderful to have a team from our community assist in this! Please contact Teresa Thomas for more information or if you are interested in volunteering teresa.thomas@servite.wa.edu.au
