First Lego League

This term we had Year 6 students from St Denis come along and participate in The First Lego League!

This activity presented the students with a design thinking challenge that encouraged them to find solutions and present their findings for a real-world problem relating to a theme such as sustainability.

One of the challenges was to use the EV3 Lego Robots to complete a series of robot building and coding obstacle courses to achieve points.

The students were up for the challenge, and with the guidance of some of our Year 7 students, successfully worked together to code their robots to complete the challenges that were presented to them.
