Year 12 ATAR Psychology Zoo Excursion

During Week 3, the Year 12 ATAR Psychology class were involved in an excursion to the Perth Zoo, to explore how theories of learning such as classical conditioning, operant conditioning, observational learning and systematic desensitisation are applied to the care and management of Zoo animals.

Students took part in a formal presentation by Zoo Keepers, and even experienced a live encounter with a snake!
