7 Holy Founders Mass
On Thursday 15 February the Servite Community gathered together to celebrate the Feast of our 7 Holy Founders with a Community Mass. These 7 men founded the Order of the Servants of Mary in 1233 and dedicated their lives to the service of others. It is through their example that we learn about our charisms of Marian, Community and Service as a Servite Community.
Due to the extreme weather, the Mass was held at St Kieran Church and streamed for families to watch live.
During the Mass our College and Priory Candles were blessed as were our 2024 Student Executive Team who received their badges. We also had a number of staff and students who were commissioned into the important Ministry of Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion. It was a very special event for the College and we thank those who joined us for being part of it.
