Year 12 Food Science and Technology: VIP Function Catering Success

The Year 12 Food Science and Technology students have been busy studying a unit on preserves this term.  They created a menu for the High School Musical VIP Function showcasing the recipes they had made.

They elevated standard recipes by adding native ingredients, producing a unique range of dishes.  This included Wattleseed Grissini Sticks, Olives with Garlic, Chilli, Fennel and Anise Myrtle, Lemon Curd Tarts with Lemon Myrtle and Citrus Cordial with Finger Lime.
